Under the instruction of the Ministry of Education, as written in its official letter
dated June 11, 2021, students can apply for postponement of degree exams and
graduation procedures in response to the impact of COVID-19.
 
Students completing graduation procedures by October 31, 2021 will be deemed as Spring 2021 graduates and exempt from the tuition and fees for Fall 2021. Those failing to complete the graduation procedures by October 31, 2021 will be deemed as having applied for extension of study and should pay the tuition and fees for Fall
2021.
